Our quality processes

We have a system in place to ensure stringent quality checks at every stage of the manufacturing process, from design reviews all the way through to quality controls in the warehouse prior to product delivery.

Our teams and equipment

Through a continued programme of investment, Investacast has expanded its quality assurance management team and supporting engineering department, to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

Our teams are supported by a well-equipped laboratory and on-site non-destructive test (NDT) facility that ensures the metallurgical, metrological, physical and chemical compositional properties of your product conform to your expectations.
