In the globalised marketplace, the search for low cost alternatives for high volume casting runs leads many companies to consider outsourcing. However, as many manufacturing companies have discovered to their own cost, finding the right partner takes a significant investment in time and energy.
A global foundry network
As one of the first companies in the investment casting business to explore the opportunities offered through outsourcing, Investacast was a pioneer in its field.
We have spent the last 40 years developing a network of foundries around the world that fulfil the exacting standards our customers expect when it comes to quality and delivery, whilst passing on significant savings to our customers.
Our global sourcing service provides:
- A fully managed service from our 3,000 sq ft UK quality control facility
- UK pre-production prior to outsource, if required
- Employed overseas Investacast technicians
- Rigorous quality control
- UK stockholding facilities for imported orders
- Ongoing support from design to delivery
All our overseas foundry partners are ISO accredited. The components produced come with the necessary quality control documents and undergo rigorous checks at our UK quality assurance facility before delivery.
