Marine applications
The leisure and naval industries rely on Investacast to supply investment castings in stainless steel and bronze alloys for demanding working conditions. Typically, marine fittings are finished to a high standard; mirror polished, satin finished or electro polished. Investacast achieves these high finish standards utilising a large supplier network of finishing companies.

Aircraft seating
Investacast is one of the early pioneers of producing high strength low weight precipitation stainless steel investment castings to the aircraft seating sector. We have worked closely with seat designers for over 30 years. Our current portfolio of products for this industry now includes forgings in 7075 and 6061 aluminium, high volume pressure die castings and Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) products.
Our expert team of CAD designers offers design for manufacture advice and over the last 30 years, Investacast has adopted modern CAD techniques and computer simulation software to aid product designers within each sector to develop ‘right first time’ designs suitable for manufacture.
