We believe that investing in our people is one of the best ways to deliver long-term value to our customers. That’s why we’ve recently partnered with SWMAS to deliver an Operational Leadership Development Programme here at Investacast.

Led by the excellent Tony Mattravers, the training sessions were engaging, practical and thought-provoking, helping our teams grow in confidence and capability. The seven-day course was attended by team members from across our quality assurance, commercial and production departments. Tony focused on giving them the skills, knowledge and confidence to:

SWMAS consultant Tony Mattravers used a hands-on Learn, Practice, and Feedback approach, allowing participants to apply leadership principles directly to their roles.
Mike Roode, Production Manager at Investacast, found the course refreshing and effective: “Tony helped us recognise our own personalities and our effect on those around us. He identified the need to tailor our relationship to individuals, whether leading or managing, and gave us the tools to be more effective and to continue to develop.”

The focus on personality and styles in leadership and management has helped me to spot personality traits in our teams and interact more effectively: useful tools for personal and business improvement,” notes Jason Gallagher, Production Supervisor.
